• Your information is stored securely with no unauthorised access.
• We outline how your data is used to help search for an office and ask for explicit consent to use it in this way.
• We do not share your information with anybody other than the building operators you have explicitly selected where you might want to find an office.
• We will not spam you with marketing emails. Any marketing emails we send will have an unsubscribe link and you can use this to automatically unsubscribe yourself.
• We actively and automatically delete any information we no longer need to hold.
• If you request it, we will remove all personal information we hold on you when you ask us to.

• Contact the building operators on your behalf so they may contact you to discuss their available office space and arrange any viewings you may want.
